Tarot cards (as we know them) evolved from Italy in the 15th century, called tarocchi.  Over the centuries they have changed in use and application.  The image of a gypsy woman hovering over a crystal ball with tarot cards on the table, telling someone their fortune, is no longer how most modern tarot readers apply the cards'' guidance.

The cards do not lie, as they draw on the client's and the reader's subconscious for truths our conscious awareness cannot see. It is a way of knowing that we do not fully understand, but it is real, as real as our conscious thoughts, feelings, and ideas.

How Often Should I Get a Reading?

Generally, with a 10-card reading, every 6 to 12 months is sufficient. As the guidance revealed by the cards plays out, a follow-up reading may be appropriate.  Every client and situation is unique.

• The use of speakerphone during your session is not permitted

• Please note that due to Brenda's busy and often changing schedule, on occasion our office may have to reschedule your appointment.

• Sessions with Brenda are considered digital goods/services and there are no refunds or exchanges

• Brenda Ricottat reserves the right to terminate a reading if she feels that the subject or subjects are being disruptive, disrespectful, or uncooperative. If a session is terminated because of such actions, no refunds will be issued and any monies paid for the session will be forfeited.

• Brenda will give local readings in the client's home, but will not give them in a home where heavy drinking, illegal drugs, smoking, and vaping is present. A quiet private space with a table for the reading is required.
